Amanda Graydon’s Circuit Interval Workout

I had the chance to experience a workout with Amanda Graydon of Precision Nutrition back in December in her gym there which was just a blast; by 6-8 sets of this intensity, you’re pretty COOKED!! :) Awesome stuff.

This right here is what optimizing your time in the gym is ALL about, full body, compound movements in interval fashion.
